Once the representative contacted me I asked him a question and he answered the next day. Because of this, I told him I was going to deal locally. He got rude quickly and never apologized. All this was through text. I'm glad I did not do business with him and he showed his true colors.

If I could give a company zero stars, I would. This company hires VERY inexperienced loan officers and underwriters, which is downright perilous when people are depending on them to get into a new home as scheduled. My husband and I nearly ended up homeless thanks to the complete ineptitude of Watermark Home Loans and their underwriting staff.
