Amazing selection of comics, manga, funkos posters, board games etc BUT it is HORRIBLE customer service Im a teenager and i understand i might look like a scumbag even though i dont think i do but i went in to therye big shop by peoples park and i was viewing thr comics and posters as i wanted to see what they have and i wanted ti get manga and ive went in many times since i was 12 and this is the first time this has happened to me but i went and i picked out 2 mangas to buy and i put them down to quickly view another manga i was planning to buy but before i could even look at it one of the staff which i believe to be the owner came over and almost picked up the 2 mangas i had placed down and when i went to pick them up as i saw him going to get them he gave me a dirty look and said something along the lines of "are you sure youre buying these" and i said yes and then we went to the counter and he was giving me dirty looks the entire time then he has the audacity to say to me "are you sure these are the only books you have" and i told him yes you can check the cameras if you genuinely think im stealing and he said "i will" in an extremely disrespectful and angry tone and i was quite shocked as ive never been treated like this in any shop and i definitely didnt expect to be treated like that in a locally owned buisness extremely disappointing customer service and its quite worrying if you genuinely think a teenager is going to go inside a LOCAL shop and rob BOOKS because i wouldnt rob anything but i can guarantee i 100% wouldn't rob a book to end it off just so dissapointing to see a childhood shop i used to spend all my money in turn into such a rude area

Ordered 2nd time from them -action figure and 2nd time the same: as I paid all email contact over ,no figure received, no answer for my email. 100% unprofessional behavior! Paypal case opened. Avoid online shopping!

Very disappointed, I recommend avoiding this shop for the disgusting service and tone of support. Even though it's my fault and it's their policy that I can't return it, exchange it or anything else, their support shouldn't be talking to customers like this. Extremely disappointed. I personally see many possible ways to conduct a dialogue in a way that doesn't blame the client. But that was not the case here. I don't even want to suggest as an opportunity to smooth the edges to offer a discount, partial refund and so on - this is obvious behaviour in this case. And I don't need it. I just wanted to give her a gift - a deluxe edition of her favourite manga. But they ruined it. It's no longer deluxe, it's not worth the money paid. But apparently it was worth it for their reputation. For me they are disgusting and I will share that with anyone who wants to buy something from them.
