After purchasing a diverter hose for my kitchen water filter for $29.99 + $12.99 for shipping, I realized that it was the wrong size and color (white). After multiple attempts with an agent online chat to find the correct size with a clear hose so you can see when it’s dirty and needs replacing, I was informed that it wasn’t available in the size and clear color that I requested. Not only was I denied a return shipping label, I had to pay almost $20.00 to return it myself. So by me returning the product it cost me the original shipping fee of 12.99 + the return shipping fee of almost $20.00. Therefore I paid more in shipping both ways than the item itself costs! Now I’m out all the shipping charges and have no diverter hose!!! Very disappointed and disgruntled.
