Smooth transaction, super fast shipping.
I was a little skeptical about buying a high end watch online. After a little research online, decided to try watchuwant. Spoke to Lenny, he gave me a great price, and I got my Panerai the next day! The watch was perfect. The whole experience was super easy with Lenny, great customer service, and follow up. I highly recommend dealing with him.

Bought a very nice Breitling on Watchuwant
First watch I ever bought online . Ali was nervous about buying a fake . I talk to Josh at watchuwant and he assured me it was a real Breitling . A bought the Breitling and I am happy with it and I believe I got a good price . I would buy from them again . A Josh was a good salesman .

I had a very positive, professional experience due to a truly intuitive and customer based representative in Marc Anthony.
After working with Mark over the period of several weeks, I ended up with a transaction that I truly believe was very good financially, added to the overall value of my collection, and was never approached with a hard sell. I'm no watch expert, but do conduct my research and have a fairly good knowledge of the market. Even though I took my time and considered several different options, I was never pushed to make a quick decision or blown off as a customer. Mark truly respected my opinion, position, and goals. Due to his understanding and patience, I ended up with a phenomenal timepiece and Marc ended up with a loyal customer.

Watch U Want provides exemplary service
My two experiences with Watch U Want have been very satisfactory; Their offer for the watch I was trading was fair and the watches I received were as shown on their web site, sent promptly and well packed. I am very pleased by their willingness for me to return the watch to have it fine tuned for accuracy.
