It was my first purchase at Watch-u-Want. All in all a very positive experience. The very first contact took place in the live chat, where I started discussing my needs with Eric Glass, who is knowleadgeable, professional and very attentive to details. I looked at five different watches, and when I made an appointment to visit Watch-u-Want it turned out that all the five watches appeared exactly as in the photos posted online. I ended up buying a Jaeger LeCoultre, which is as I expected from the photos. Everything is indeed as it appears online, it is a serious company, and I would recommend it to anyone.
