I initially had a bad experience with a trade/purchase that I was trying to put together with Watchuwant and one of their salesmen. After the transaction fell through, much to my surprise, I was contacted by Anthony R., the Lead Watch Buyer at Watchuwant. We had an extremely friendly conversation and came to a mutually agreeable deal, pending inspection of my watch that I want to trade. Anthony salvaged the deal, and more importantly, left me with the firm impression that customer service and customer satisfaction are their primary goals, along with doing an honest days business. I sincerely believe that Anthony wanted to put together a transaction where both the buyer and seller left the table feeling good. I would highly recommend doing business with Anthony R. More so, he is an exceptional employee of Watchuwant by reaching out to an initially dissatisfied customer and making an initially bad experience very positive.
