I had a disappointing experience with this company. During signup, I specifically unchecked an optional $50 monthly subscription, but I was subsequently charged for it. When I contacted the company, they insisted I had authorized the subscription and initially offered only a prorated refund. After disputing the charge and expressing my dissatisfaction, I received a full refund. However, I was also told I was banned from participating in their programs in the future. While I appreciate receiving the refund, I found the billing experience and the way my complaint was handled unprofessional. I recommend that prospective customers carefully review their subscription selections and monitor their billing statements.

They cancelled my membership after I paid them $500 I did not even noticed they blocked me until I went to check my account after being away from the site for a year. All they want to do is upsell you and if they cannot they will kick you out.
