I ordered from Watchstation twice and I had problems with both of them. The first time, even though I entered the promo code but they charged me full price. I had to contact CS twice because the first representative was so rude and ended the chat saying no more promotion can be applied. She was very disrespectful and rude when she ended the chat while I was trying to explain to her that my other order went through with the promotion. Her name is Erika K. I later got helped from another representative and after many evidence, I got refunded. Be aware guys. The second time and also the last time I ordered from this website was last week. I placed 3 orders because they were on promotion (buy more save more) and all of them got cancelled. I felt like this was a scam because they were trying to get attention for new customers but didn't really want to ship out products. I contacted CS and he gathered some other bank info from me and I provided all of the needed info to him. 2 days later I got an email saying they could not verify my bank info. This is a lie. I used my name, my address and my card to buy things and they wanted to lie around just because they don't want to send out the products that they offered the promotion. Listen to me, if you don't want to waste your time, your energy and even your money, get away from this website. And be cautious if you want to buy things from it.

Mein Paket wurde angeblich an den Original-Empfänger zugestellt, während ich aber arbeiten war. Ich wollte vom Kundendienst einen Sendungsnachweis. Gibt es nicht! Ich sollte handschriftlich ein Schreiben als Anhang per Mail schicken. Seit 1 Woche 2x telefoniert, nur leere Versprechungen! Ich habe die Ware im Voraus bezahlt und sitze nun auf den Kosten! Nie wieder!!! Nun muss ich einen Rechtsbeistand einschalten!

Watch arrived - and did not work. Total waste of money. Returns require original packing, so beware.

Do not buy front them. Product is fault customer service sound half asleep when you call them and yet they expect me to pay to send a watch back which is faulty . How is this even good customer service

This is a fake website trying to steal your money.

Absolutely awful took over 2 weeks for the watch to arrive and then it wasn't working so had to send it back. There's a reason it's so cheap you get what you pay for.

I ordered a pair of earrings, sent the wrong item. Spoke to customer service, can't send the correct items I have to place a new order. I asked how I can guarantee I will get the correct earrings. Apparently they can't, really. Supposed to be sending a return label, still on phone 20 minutes later waiting for it to come through. Can't speak to a manager. Absolutely disgusting

Unfortunately I agree with the other reviews. I was told my item would be shipped on the day I got in touch. However my item still hasn’t been shipped and I’ve received no response.
