For the past 7+ years I have been having Watch Station at Vaughan Mills Mall replace the batteries for my 2 Michael Kors watches. I had both changed on July 10, 2023. As the time changed I went to change the time and the crown/stem would not come out. Took it to them this morning and the stem/crown was broken because they replaced the battery incorrectly and was told I have 2 options, purchase another watch at 50% or give Michael Kors customer service a call and I would have to mail the watch in for repairs. This is not acceptable customer service, their staff was responsible for the damage. I had no cause prior to the time change to set the watch, so I was totally unaware the stem/crown was not working. I never checked for all the years going there to have the batteries replaced. This should not be my cost. Will not be going there again. I am a Loyal Michael Kors client and I will be reaching out to them regarding this matter.

Vor 4 Wochen Artikel retourniert. Bis heute kein Rückerstattung erhalten. Der Kundendienst hat vor 14 Tagen schon eine Rückerstattung in 2-3 Tagen versprochen. Trotzdem noch kein Geld erhalten.

Disgusting company. Ordered a watch and at the end my purchase was rejected. The weird thing was that the rejection message showed me someone else's full name "Chloe", address and number. So there is 100% a breach of data and their system is awful. I had to wait more than a week to get the money back this was in September. Now in mid October this company has just taken money from my account again for the same amount which should not be happening. I've had to now raise a dispute and cancel my card because of this scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Terrible online ordering process that culminated in my order being cancelled despite being in stock. Refund took over a week. Customer service gave me a discount code that doesn't work. Pathetic from beginning to end so have given up.

ordered a Michael Kors watch strap from the website 2 months ago. my order never arrived. customer services are useless, after 5 phone calls no one can tell me where my order is. I've sent serval emails and you don't even get a response. Asked for a refund over the phone and they said they cant give me the money back even though they never shipped the item. thieves!
