Great customer service in WatchStation Outlet in Cheshire Oaks by Sarah. She was very attentive to my elderley mum and had a vast knowledge of what was available in the store. Very polite and excellent customer service skills. An assessment to the store.

I've had 2 orders made since making an online account with Watch station. Both times I've been happy with the items received and the service. Packaging is good and the offers are great too. Will definitely buy from here again in the future.

Ordered a pair of MK earrings on Monday in the sale. Received confirmation and tracking details the same day. I was a bit skeptical after reading the trust pilot reviews but I am pleased to say the earrings arrived Friday afternoon by Royal Mail, this is the expected delivery date. Very well packaged and earrings look perfect. Haven't worn them yet as they are a gift but for the price I've paid I am very happy with the product and service

Myself and my wife went into your store at South Normanton, Derbyshire to buy a watch for myself ,the store assistant was very helpful and explained the types of watches and the makes available, it was a pleasure to be served by her, her name was Alison.

Luxury at affordable prices. I had been looking for a certain Michael kors bracelet for a while and had no luck, until I stumbled across this site. I was a little skeptic to order due to some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I ordered!. My bracelet came in all the original packaging and of very high quality.

Last Saturday, on September 9th, 2023, my wife and I visited the Swindon outlet. My wife wanted to replace the battery of her Michael Kors ladies watch, which she had purchased from the same outlet. At the Watch Station, we met the manager named *ROLLA*, who was very friendly and helpful. Without his assistance, we wouldn't have been able to resolve our issue.
