I, Like most am hesitant to purchase a high dollar item over the Internet, yet I have been watching ( no pun intended ) this company for awhile, I took the plunge and traded my Yacht Master for a newer model Daytona and sent the Watch and wired the money all on Good Faith and Trust. I received my beautiful Daytona within 48 hours and although used, it was flawless. The communication with Chris was excellent and I am glad that I have now found my new service dept for my Rolex and future watches. I highly recommend them and you as I will be happy!

I am sure like many others that buying online can be a challenge and may cause you second thoughts. Regardless of it being a small or large transaction. I can say when it came to purchasing a high dollar item such as a Rolex Watch I was very hesitant in doing it online. I just purchased my first Rolex watch from Watch Chest. I did a lot of research because I wanted to make sure I got a genuine time piece. This company is top rated on eBay and all the reviews I read were very positive. When I received the watch it was packed very well. The watch fit a little tight and they sent me another link at no extra charge. A jeweler at a store that sells Rolexes put the link on and complimented me on the watch. Now the watch fits perfect and I am so proud to be wearing it. Can't wait to show it to the other teachers when I return to school next month:)

One word fantastic I live in the UK and the whole experience was seamless. I wired the funds which initially was reserved to do but my concerns were unfounded as Chris and the team are 100% professional and totally trustworthy. The watch was better than described and arrived within 2 days of funds clearing. I was so impressed I will be ordering a watch for myself in the near future.
