I was skeptical to make such a purchase online. Chris took the time to walk me through the process and ultimately sold me a newer model watch for almost the same one I was going to purchase. I wired the payment and from then had immediate communication/verification of receipt by Chris. Within an hour or so I had a tracking number and was able to verify it was in transit to me. As promised, I was signing for the delivery before 11 am the next day. My two tone yacht master looks and feels brand new. I think I got a great deal and easily saved a few thousand dollars for a flawless 2 year old watch.

I could not recommend this company more. I tried to work with other companies, but people were rude, not well versed in the English language, completely unwilling to negotiate, and I sensed they aware passing off less than what was advertised. Watchchest.com was super responsive, everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they were willing to negotiate a bit. My watch showed up in less than 48 hours from receipt of my payment. The watch was EVERYTHING it was advertised to be, and at the best price I found on the market anywhere...
