I recently made a repeat purchase from Watch Chest which in, and of, itself is an endorsement in an area where there are so many sellers from which to choose. This purchase was a TT DJ (179173) as a gift for my wife and she is very happy with it. This was an upgrade from a 79173 I had purchased for her in 2013, from another "known" internet seller (Gold Watch Co.) that I chose NOT to again do business with, and Watch Chest gave me a very fair "trade up" credit toward the new purchase especially given that it wasn't purchased from them. I also bought a TT DJ (16233) for myself from Watch Chest in 2015 so, including the trade up, this is now three transactions I've done with them and all have gone well. The watches I purchased were/are both in great condition, as described, bracelets have zero to minimal stretch, really mint pieces. In full disclosure their prices run to the higher end of the pre-owned scale but their position when asked on that is they only offer premium pieces and in my two purchase experiences that has certainly been the case. All transactions smooth (one was a bank wire purchase, second a visa card purchase, third the credit from them to my visa card), both watches arrived when promised, sized properly (with my wife's watch this by the way was done perfectly from photos of her "old" watch as I wanted to surprise her with the new one) running and set correctly. I recommend to anyone looking that you check out the Watch Chest website and give them a call as my experience with them has been first rate!

I just purchased a Submariner 116613 from Watch Chest, I'm a very satisfied customer. I came across Watch Chest while doing research if I should buy "new" or "pre owned". I was ready to buy a new one from a local dealer or pre owned from an internet store. Needless to say, I can't be happier I found Watch Chest. I got a brand new (never worn) Submariner at a good price. At first I was not sure but I made some calls and spoke to Chris which transferred me to Jordan, He was able to answer all my questions and made feel mat ease, immediately made the arrangements (this was on Wednesday late afternoon) and received my watch as promised by Jordan Friday at 10:30AM. I purchased Rolex Daytona from the watch chest, now usually when you buy something from the internet the picture varies from what you receive. This was not the case here. What I received looked better than the original pictures and was very happy to purchase my first Rolex from Chris and the guys at the watch chest. The package was sent to Australia and I received the watch in 4 days which is very quick for international shipping from FedEx. I am a customer for life, Chris was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be buying more watches from them in the near future. I can recommend Twc highly, they are a trust worthy bunch of people.

I'm very happy with my purchase! Watch Chest is a true 5 star company (genuine, trustworthy, professional, honest, quality) and I won't buy another watch from anyone else. Here's why... For a year or so, I had been looking off and on for a Rolex Yachtmaster. I couldn't read the date on my ladies Rolex anymore so I wanted to trade it in on a bigger watch. I thought the only options available would be through a nearby upscale retail watch seller. My friends suggested that I should look at a couple of online sites that also sell new and used Rolex watches. While looking around some of these online sites, a company by the name of Watch Chest kept coming up showing several beautiful Rolex Yachtmaster watches and they even offered an online trade-in option. I was interested but expensive online purchases without actually seeing the product in hand made me nervous. After further investigation of the Watch Chest site, I noticed they were located in Branson, Missouri. I grew up in Missouri,near Branson and I was planning to be in the area very soon visiting family, so I'll just go in and check them out. What a perfect opportunity to appease my nervousness about buying and trading such expensive items online. I called up Watch Chest and talked to Chris Wiley, the CEO/ owner. We had a great convo and I asked where their shop was located. He said they are strictly online with no physical retail presence but he said to come on over to their offices and meet the team to see what they were all about. He knew it was important for me to feel comfortable making an online only purchase. Chris introduced me to the Watch Chest team. He showed me several of their available watches, gave me a tour of their office, and explained how their business works. I quickly realized they were legit, trustworthy Missouri guys selling quality watches and running a top-notch company. That day, I completed my information online, traded in a couple of my watches on a next-to-new Yachtmaster, and set up a date to send the watch to my NYC address upon my return from visiting family in Missouri. Jordan kept me in the loop regarding shipment of my watch into NYC. I received my beautiful Yachtmaster on time and in perfect condition. They even packaged the watch so securely that it took awhile just to get to it. That's a good thing!! Thank you Chris and Jordan!

I purchased a Rolex President for my wife for Christmas and could not be more pleased. Chris's communication is second to none, He called me multi times to give me an update on the status of the order and even respond to my email on Christmas morning when I told him how pleased my wife was. The watch is perfect and exceded my expectations. I will be buying from The Watch Chest again in the future.
