The watch has scratches all over it I’m returning it

The watch I purchased is to big for my wrist I send an email to see if I can exchange it or return it but nobody responded to my email. Very disappointing

I bought a wristwatch from Germany from this seller. The item is now stuck at customs and an invoice is needed to determine the value of the item. I have written to this seller several times, by email and via their website, politely asking for an invoice. Not once have I received a reply, no invoice, no answer! A reputable seller would send you an invoice without being asked. I would not recommend this seller to anyone, if I had known this beforehand, I would never have placed an order there and put my money in the pockets of these crooks! Absolute cheek, impertinent, rude, everything applies to these sellers!

Still waiting for delivery. I have not received them. It’s taking too long.

I am still waiting for a response to return my purchase. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. I want a refund.

I ordered the watch with white dial but I am astonished to get different one, moreover, it says 3 days and charged me extra however I received it in 10 days. Very bad courier service I had to visit UPS to collect the courier. Totally not satisfied

The package was sent to wrong address, and customer support told me to contact usps myself, which i did but usps said the seller should fix the problem and the seller didn't. So i didn't receive my package

I haven't even received my watch yet. Ugh.
