There is nothing better for a real estate investor than to hear, “you’re clear to close”. Signing those papers of multifamily or apartment ownership may be a dream to some but Not to me. The course so far is eye opening. There is a lot of information, but the way it is broken down, is very streamlined. But when it comes down to it, it's on you.
