I got a great deal on a new commercial dishwasher that was 50% off because it had been a floor model at trade shows. They were very responsive to requests for some pictures and information on the dimensions of the dish washer.

Flawless transaction! And such great deals my boss was suspicious!
I found this site when our school merchandiser cooler went down. I got a great deal on a brand new True - bigger and better than our old one. They beat everyone's price-even Sam's! Lauren was patient with all my questions and call-backs (while I measured and re-measured and got other bids and dealt with getting funds approved...you get the picture). The Superintendent was so impressed that I saved them so much money! Thanks for making me look good, guys! And we love our cool new cooler! ( The kids think it is the kind of cooler Batman would have. If he had a refrigerated merchandiser.)
