I was willing to take a chance ordering from this company due to the positive customer service comments. That made the difference, as I had previously not heard of them. The comments proved true! I purchased a particular model of commercial dishwasher online at the same time it was being sold in the store, and they had only one. Every time I have ever gone to the Warehouse store I am greeted and taken care of quickly. They always have what I`m looking for and at a good price too.

The warehouse is extremely clean and well organized. There are many employees around to help and the ones that helped me were well informed about the merchandise that is there. I am very pleased with my visits to the Waterbury store.

Everyone that works there are always so helpful to answer any questions I may have. They take the time to discuss with me my needs when I’ve asked for advice on equipment, or what I will need to make an event run smoothly and efficiently. They are fair in their prices and never try to sell me something I may not need. In one instance they told me I could save money if I bought a similar item that they had on sale. I recommend them highly. I’ve been going there for years because of this.
