Had my house listed on the market with a Realtor and it failed twice and I spoke with Rickey shortly after on the phone. They offered a fair price and closed within eleven days. For me being in the Military and not in Texas it was honestly an easy process.

My Husband and I own two homes in Belton. The plan was our family would live in the smaller 3 bedroom home, and we would have Dad in the 4 bedroom. Dad passed away due to Covid-19 and family members chose not to move. We tried renting the smaller home on our own and eventually went to a “realtor agency”. Only, to have the property vandalized by the renters when they moved out. Being Retired Military all we wanted was to get back to family. Listing with a realtor failed twice with two brokerages.
