I bought a refurbished MacBook Air (2017) and received it with a password login. This company was my seller through Reebelo. I only purchased from this website Reebelo because the delivery date coincided with my exam date. Unfortunately, my exam is this coming Thursday, and I received the laptop today, Wednesday. I’m very disappointed that I had to deal with this issue after purchasing the laptop. I’m in a bind because I don’t have a laptop to use for my exam. I received an email informing me that I’ve opened a return request, which I’ve never done with Reebelo. “If you can cancel the request, we may provide the password to unlock the device as the account was left on during testing of the device.” This is absolutely unacceptable. After replying to their email, I’ve waited hours for a password for my laptop, but I’ve never received one. I’ll never do this again! Reebelo and this company are completely useless. I waited an entire week for a laptop that I can’t even use. If you’re considering buying from here, be prepared to take a huge risk.

On March 3rd I bought a cell phone case in $43.00 dollars , but , was not what I expected so I request a return , They send a return label in March 26 and received 2 days later with the promise they will "see" the refund , In April 28th they send and email telling me to file a claim with my bank institution to seek my refund . Seems to me that they not make it any easy to issue the refund and try to make you tired of the transactions and forget about it ,,, is just $43.00 DOLLARS! ,, definitely not making any transaction with this company.

WARNING: Strongly advise against ordering from this company. I purchased a high-end graphics card for nearly $2,000, and they have held my money for months without delivering a product or a valid refund. After placing my order, they missed their initial shipping window. They then strung me along for two months with excuses about manufacturer backorders, missing three separate promised restock dates. I finally canceled the order and was told my refund was processed. A month later, the funds have still not hit my account. When my credit card company investigated, Wamatek completely refused to provide a standard bank Trace ID to prove they actually sent the money. Instead, they sent a useless screenshot of their own internal system and absurdly offered to "convert the screenshot to a PDF." To make matters worse, they have now completely stopped responding to my emails, and conveniently, the page to view my order history on their website now just returns an error. They took my money, failed to deliver the product, faked a refund, and are now ghosting me. Save yourself the headache and buy your hardware from a reputable retailer.

Wrong item with delays and no updates

This is a scam site. Do not order from them. After placing a $3000 order for a GPU I was told it was on backorder after already making the purchase. I then proceeded to contact customer service for a refund which never came. After complaining I was told to contact my bank and file a dispute. Its been weeks and I'm still trying to get my money back. They are stealing money on high purchase items that you are not being told they don't even have then making your bank payout out. This company should be shut down immediately.

Ordered an Nvidea 5090 which was supposed to be back in stock in 2 weeks. It never came back in stock so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. They said they refunded the money but it never showed up on my statement after 1-week. They asked me to wait a couple more days and then check my credit card again. Still nothing even 1-month later. They said they can't see an issue on their and and cannot refund the amount. Really? LOL. Long story short... If you are wondering if these guys are scammers, the answer is clearly yes. I filed a dispute with my credit company and just waiting for reimbursement.
