Second try at Canceling, Hopefully it Works this Time
They make you call a phone number to cancel and then don't actually cancel your subscription. They make it as difficult as possible to cancel.

1. Nightmare to cancel subscription; must do it on phone, don't hear well, couldn't understand, giant sales pitch, nasty time wasting avaricious program. 2. Had to file with PayPal to get refund after cancel; eventually got it 3. THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN after I got a refund for the first payment!! 4. Unfriendly difficult multi-tree web customer service program designed to make it difficult. 5. I now find it difficult to even look at the free content as it reminds me so much of their 'customer service.'

You need to call their service center in order to be able to cancel your auto-subscription. if you go in the settings it is not possible to do it manually by yourself, what cheap middle-aged procedure. This is a shame!!

Over the past year this company has put out an outstanding amount of unverified information regarding the stock market, all that ends up benefiting them by bashing stocks they or their affiliates and owners are short on and pushing stocks they are long on. Really it's a soapbox for stock bashers and nothing more.

It's a scam company that illegaly asks you to call to cancel your membership Signed up for a free trial: 1. extremely poorly-written content - no close anlysis of the news, no detailed articles about the current stock markets; 2. the app is absolutely useless - every 2nd articles opens in browser where it asks you to sign in and then redirects you to the app. This loophole goes on forever; 3. random articles open up and ask you to subscribe, even though you are already subscribed; 4. all conent is basic and written from one perspective, it does not explore any issue from multiple points of view and it does not provide alternative opinions; 5. no way to cancel without having to call their office. It is borderline illegal in many European countries to complicate the process so much. If signing up was done online, cancelation should also be done online. Any free website is a better alternative to this! I would be ashamed to work for such a company where the management probably pays minimum to employees but scams subscribers out of money.

Pretty surprised that you cannot cancel online and their customer support is almost impossible to reach -especially as a Non-US citizen. Considering reporting them to the Danish authorities.

Like a scam. Signed up for a free trial; got charged. Tried to cancel online--you can't. Required to call. Tried to call just now; "sorry, we're only available during regular business hours." Ok--and so you won't let me cancel online and you will only take a call from me while I'm at work? Filing a chargeback.
