We deposited $$ bought BTC our account shows the buy but it’s not credited to our account !! Customer service is the worst response times are days sometimes even weeks. The keep reassuring us the money is safe and have asked us to do 100 things to try to get the money into our account even asked to deposit more. It’s been almost a year they say it’s safe with them but not in our account we have lost so many opportunities to make profits. Don’t trust it’s not a safe wallet.

Stay away from this wallet, use trust wallet or any other wallet system, they have gone from better to worst, they will want you to pay half your btc as your network fee

Tengo la cuanta con Mycelium hace mas de 10 años, hace 6 meses cambie de celular a un samsung con sistema android, tengo las 12 palabras semilla pero la app no sincroniza y no me deja ingresar a mi cuenta, soperte de Mycelium ha contestado pero no he obtenido solución, si alguien me puede ayudar le agradezco me indique que debo hacer.

Hola, recurrimos a vosotros ya q no encontramos las semillas y la respuesta es sin semillas no hay dinero. Esto no debería de pasar, deberíais tener plan b para casos así. Para un trabajador 2000 euros es mucho dinero y perderlos es muy fuerte. No me parece normal q desaparezca mi dinero, en algún lugar debe de estar no? Y si está en algún lugar como es q no se puede hacer nada??? Me parece fatal!!

Experiencia pésima. Me han robado 1000 € en bitcoins, a través de una transferencia que no he autorizado ni gestionado. He contactado con soporte y no he recibido respuesta. No puedo hacer nada.
