Since I contracted COVID 19 last year, my energy has been severely lacking. I signed up for your program and have been so motivated by your postings on walking. I no longer immediately go to the couch after I get out of bed. This program made me realize how much healthier I can become by doing something as easy as walking each day. Now I enjoy looking forward to the day and know that I can be successful one day at a time!
