This has renewed my motivation to get…
This has renewed my motivation to get out and move. I have two medium sized dogs who absolutely love to go out for walks. They are at home all day while I work so they need to get out their pent up energy. So now that I am tracking my progress I make sure I get out with them. It is great for all three of us!!

The Best and Easiest Plan
I think the Walking.diet is the best and easiest plan I've ever been on. I have to use a walker, but it doesn't matter. I can still get all my exercise in without a lot of strain and pain. The plan is very easy to follow. I just love it!!
