I have just completed my first week. I have already lost 4 lbs. the first 2 days was an adjustment with less calories. Adjusting to portion control. But you will adjust. I feel better and with more energy. I like the benchmarks with the exercises. I wish there was an app that i could use with this program on my iphone for easier access. Vs going on the webb. Would make the program more accessable. I look forward to next week

Love it they walking really relaxes me and I do it before work so im ready for the long hrs plus I think its helping already though I haven't weighed myself yet

The plans Walking Diet provide are excellent and well thought out. It covers not only helpful advice but also motivational quotes that push me to complete my walk. It also covers nutrition which is the main thing I struggle with when exercising. With the help of Walking Diet I've become so much healthier!

This app is a great way to keep track of both your calories and various workouts that have been pre planned for you. Your plan is specific and personalized to your goals and what you want to achieve. It is a great way to make sure you are staying on track and gives you motivation because you can look back and see what you have accomplished and how far you have come.
