The first show I went to in Portland back in 2017 went really well. When I saw they were coming back in 2018 I was set on going. I waited in the will call line to pick up my bracelet for over two hours. I had waited so long I had no shot of meeting Jeffrey Dean Morgan cause his line was capped for all day. So there went one of the 2 I went there to see. When they announced that they were coming back in 2019 was hopeful yet again. They cancelled the show less than a month out and still waiting on my refunded ticket that was bought in September of 2018

Paid £113 for photo. Actor cancelled and we were promised a refund. Still waiting 5 months later. Surely this is theft?

Still waiting for MY money concerning cancelled guests for photo ops. Convention was over a month ago, one guest cancelled 6 weeks ago and the other over 2 months ago!! Disgusting treatment over these refunds. Every email you send they repeat the message refunds ate being processed.

This company owes my almost £350 in cancelled photo ops for Walker Stalker London 2019. Emails either go ignored or you get a generic response. No sign of the refunds for myself and hundreds of others. Avoid!!
