This companies customers service is absolute trash. If I could give a negative star I would. I noticed a BOGO deal in April so I purchased some ear protection. I only received one item and reached out. Since then I have spoken two them on the phone numerous times. I have provided screenshots of the mailman delivering the single small box. I provided them with a corresponding USPS delivery notification. I was told they were going to make whole again but that was months ago. I reached out again and now they expect me to battle this out with the post office. All I want is what I paid for and I have given them several months to do so. This is the first negative review I have ever written but at this point I feel it is necessary. The internal management of this company is complete garbage and if you are considering buying anything from these folks I would recommend you purchase their products elsewhere. I'm sure if I used Amazon for the same exact product this wouldn't have happened
