waldanwatches.comReviews of waldanwatches.com

I purchased a watch for my son's birthday a month ago and have not received either the watch or a response from customer service after multiple phone calls and emails. I contacted the CEO, Andrew Waldan, via LinkedIn, and was assured I would receive the watch. I asked for a shipping date and have reached out twice since and it's been 2 more weeks and I have been ghosted. No response from direct messages whatsoever. At this point, I would like a refund but cannot get anyone to answer me. Literally the worst customer service ever.

The new "heritage" collection of watches are of low quality with extremely sharp edges on the interior of the lugs. The case feels lightweight and cheap. The fake blued hands look plastic-like. Feels worse than an $80 Timex. Also, their customer service is very slow. I asked for a return and included all necessary information and they sent back a non-fillable pdf return form to fill out which I had to convert to word doc and fill out. I then sent it back to them and have heard nothing in 2 days. Very dissatisfied. Don't waste your money or your time.
