No customer support and rubbish products
Bought a product a few years ago. Used it twice and now it no longer works. Reported the issue, but instead of trying to help, they offered me £30 off the new £245 replacement. So, if out of warranty, just bin it is the opinion. So, no real customer support, an unreliable product and overpriced trash. Wouldn't trust this company at all or any of their products. Their opinion that after a year it can't be fixed also puts into question any sustainability or eco credentials. Stay away and save your money. Bought a replacement for £50 that is just as good
