Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take allegations of this nature very seriously; however, we must respectfully clarify that the claims outlined in your review do not accurately reflect our operating standards or procedures. All customer accounts, bonuses, and withdrawals are governed by clearly defined terms and conditions that are made available prior to account activation and bonus acceptance. Payments are not withheld arbitrarily, nor do we engage in deceptive practices. In cases where withdrawals are delayed or declined, this is typically due to unmet wagering requirements, verification obligations, or compliance-related reviews, all of which are standard within regulated environments. We strongly encourage you to contact our support or compliance team directly with your account details so that we may review your case transparently and provide a documented explanation. Public accusations without account-specific context do not allow for a fair or accurate resolution. We remain committed to operating in good faith and resolving legitimate concerns through proper channels. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand how concerning a delayed withdrawal can be and appreciate the opportunity to address your comments. Withdrawal requests are not delayed without cause and are subject to mandatory verification, compliance checks, and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements and account conditions have been satisfied. In cases where a withdrawal remains pending for an extended period, it is typically due to outstanding documentation, verification discrepancies, or unresolved account reviews. These requirements are communicated directly to the customer when applicable. We strongly encourage you to contact our support or compliance team directly with your account details so we may review the status of your request and provide a clear, account-specific update. Without reviewing the underlying account, we are unable to resolve the issue through a public forum. We remain committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals in accordance with our terms and applicable procedures. Sincerely, Customer Support Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strongly dispute the assertions made in your review. WagerHub processes withdrawals on a regular basis and does not withhold customer funds without cause. All payout requests are handled in accordance with established terms and conditions, including standard verification and compliance requirements that apply to all accounts. The claim that our support team is unresponsive is inconsistent with our operating records. We respond to all legitimate inquiries submitted through our official support channels, and any lack of response is typically the result of incomplete information, use of an unsupported contact method, or unresolved account requirements. If you have an active or pending withdrawal, we invite you to contact our support or compliance team directly with your account details so the matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Public accusations do not provide sufficient information for resolution. We remain committed to fair operations, transparent processes, and addressing customer concerns through proper review channels. Sincerely, Customer Support Team
