I was charged for tile that was out of stock and could not be shipped. I chose the tile online and it was marked In Stock. I ordered and paid through the website. May 5: received confirmation of order, "getting your order ready to ship" May 6: charge cleared my credit card May 7: received email stating tile is back ordered until mid July May 11: received email payment had been refunded May 13: refund has not been credited to my credit card
