Have not recieved ordered items... company doesn't respond to emails, no other way to contact and tracking link throuugh instagram is broken and now way to contact anyone.

We advised that you make a claim with the us postal service. Sorry about this mishap, but we are not the carrier, it is usps.

I love the brand but the t-shirt I ordered was folded into the flap of the packaging so shirt was cut when I cut packaging to open.

I requested in three communications to swap out silver horns for the red horns for the beast I ordered. Never received a reply & the invoice even said word for word my request. A simple no would have been preferable to no answer. I ordered the silver horns afterwards with a ridiculous postage fee. Hopefully they will fix it without simply offering me a future purchase credit. Great product, bad service.

I reached out to vulgati customer service just to see if they had an xxl in stick as they're sold out whomever messaged back said they'd keep an eye out for one and would keep me updated but they never did so I'm left in the dark as to what happened. I don't know if they checked like they said they would or just blew me off. Pretty sure they don't have one just lying around but it would've been nice to been updated

Sorry we didnt reply. My wife and i handle all of the communications, marketing, packing, shipping and operations. If we had a xxl in stock, we certainly would have responded.

Too small for my head, they don't look good. Missing the horns for my glasses and no way to return them.

The sunglasses broke after one use. The company asked for pictures. I sent them then got a response "I am on vacation. I will handle it when I get back.

The product got to me quickly which was great. However, I put them on 1 time and they broke in half. I have been emailing and emailing the company (for lack of a provided phone number), but I have not heard from ANYONE. My last email was sent 2 weeks ago. Guess I wasted my money and am sad I cannot wear my sunglasses because they are so unique. Beware!
