Wanted to return a shirt for a bigger size. I went to the website and requested the return and then it was canceled saying that my order was not eligible for return/exchange. I then emailed a total of 7 times. The response was never anything of substance. Just a few short words telling me to try again. The last response (7th email) I was told to relax and remember this was not their fault. Wow! Not one nice word or explanation. Not even a hello. Just Relax? That's some crappy customer service. So if you order, don't expect any polite or professional customer service.

Won’t purchase from again. Several of my hats were cancelled and all the hats have cheap iron on transfers. I mean CHEAP! I know “Cricket moms” that put out better quality products. They’re already crinkled and wanting to come off and I just received them today. As a screen printer myself, there’s no way I’d let these leave my shop! I’d be embarrassed to have these represent my brand and go to my customers. Even the sticker was crumpled. They ran a sale of “get $200 worth of merchandise for $100” and then they end up canceling about $100 worth of merchandise, no communication, and just ship out about $100 worth of my order… I only gave them a try because of that sale! Seems like stealing to me… Took weeks for them to ship and they mailed 4 hats in a plastic mailer bag! I have over a 100 hats and I’ve never received 1 before in just a plastic bag. Company is a scam and offers trash products! Live and learn 🤷🏻‍♂️

Where the is the wallet I ordered? I am sick of waiting! I want y money back NOW!

I ordered a product, some time passed, and then I was refunded my money. There was no email, no notification through Instagram, no communication at all. I assumed the product was discontinued or out of stock.

Worst customer service experience ever. I was sent the wrong pair of sunglasses and when I reached out was told I needed to pay for the return shipping because of there mistake. I paid for tracker shipping and was promised a extra freebie for the hassle after emailing multiple times but never received the freebie and when the correct glasses came they were packaged like they had been opened by someone else. Even after reaching out multiple times I was never told sorry for my hassle and there mistake. I would never order from this company again!

Misleading product description, terrible company

About 2 weeks ago I ordered my sunglasses. Nothing yet not even a tracking number

The shipping took a bit until I sent a follow up email, the glasses needed assembly and as I am partially blind I could not do so, that was my entire reason for purchasing them, to help my disability.
