I also paid $5 for a supposed renewal fee but have no service anymore. There isn't any customer service so I agree that this must be a scam operation. Is anyone in the states reporting this company for fraud?

I have paid my annual fee of 4 USD, but it doesn't work and on a handful of emails I didn't get one answer. PURELY FRAUD!

RINK !!! Login and password are removed to require you to reapply. This is one of the reasons that Yahama no longer works with them. The MAC number of your device is requested and after no reply from vTuner. RANK !!!!!!

Zero customer service. Tried contacting them through their contact email and via ‘suggest a station’ form. Never get any response. Others have also tried with no luck, including one of their corporate customers, Auralic. Why have a website with contact details if you can’t be bothered to respond?
