I've wasted my time for three years trying to participate in a clinical trial with this company and everything they say you're eligible but you're not. Is it my fault Amazon, Walgreens and CVS dont give me my diabetic supplies on time so there's a 1 or 2 day waiting period so Vertex says ' that's not a continuous regimen' wth

It just came to my attention this company has a very important med for cystic fibrosis, and it's extremely expensive! You should be ashamed!

I suffered tremendously while working for this company. Very stressful environment and never enough time to get things done. Employee morale often adversely impacted by negative office politics, too much bureaucracy and bad management. Upper management has unrealistic goals that were hard to hit. Actually, it wasn't the job itself, it was the lying, manipulative managers.

The company is not well-run. They change the SOP every few weeks and it's not always an improvement. I can say that as a long-term client who believes in moving forward but by taking everyone with you.

Bad attitude, bad manager Most of the managers I have dealt with follow the "my way or the highway" approach. They don't care that they are losing clients. So, i was happy to fire them for good.
