I ordered pedals on Black Friday. The website said delivery would be at the end of December. After that, it was postponed to January and now to February. There was no email from support about the delay. If you ask, you only get a standard reply telling you to check the website. This is not good service. Never again VRS.

Bought pedals in November and after many emails they told me it would only be here end of January. Two months for a deliver is beyond acceptable. If there’s no items in stock why bother to sell then? Ps. After one month of waiting they added a message in the website saying that orders would be fullfiled later Edit: they now say it will come only in February. A complete lack of respect

This review is about the store, and order handling and not for the actual package. Both order handling and shipping are super slow, for an in stock product it took more that 2 days to ship and about 2 full weeks to arrive with the shipping costing a respectable 30€. I have ordered a base plate from china after I ordered the pedals and it arrived first.
