This is the worst IP telephony service…
This is the worst IP telephony service provider I have ever dealt with. Their customer support is absolutely appalling. They never want to help their customers with anything, and they couldn't care less about any problems you might have. They treat their customers in an utterly inhumane way, as if they were just some faceless mass of people. Since the beginning of the war, they've imposed every restriction imaginable: they banned payments from non-Russian IP addresses, forced customers to go through ridiculously complicated verification procedures, and now they're forcibly terminating services for individual customers. This company's IP telephony service is my only way to stay in touch with my 81-year-old grandmother, who doesn't know how to use a smartphone, and to keep recordings of her voice. I can't return to Russia, and most likely I'll never see her again. Through its sheer inhumanity, this company is taking away my ability to communicate with someone I love, even though I'm paying for the service with my own money. And they couldn't care less about anyone's personal circumstances. I'm convinced that companies with this kind of attitude eventually disappear from the market. And when this company finally goes out of business, I doubt there will be many people who will miss it. Stay away from this company.
