Erraram o estorno, tive que mandar vários emails, não fui respondido no whatsapp, tive que vir no reclame aqui pra resolver parcialmente meu problema. Extremamente incompetentes. Não recomendo essa loja virtual

Deutsche Webseite - Versand und Kommunikation erfolgt aus Frankreich. Kommunikation teilweise nicht auf deutsch. Versand erfolgte per DPD. Ware kam nicht an - Sendungsverfolgung zeigte Wochenlang in Zustellung an. Ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet, man müsse auf die Klärung bei DPD warten. Mein Wunsch auf eine rasche Nachlieferung, da ich die Ware für den Urlaub wollte und ja auch bereits bezahlt hatte - wurde abgelehnt. So machen wir das nicht, weil es sein könnte, dass die Ware dann doch ankommt und dann wäre die Rückabwicklung zu kompliziert. Also wollte ich mein Geld zurück, weil ich die Ware nicht mehr brauche. So machen wir das nicht - wir warten bis DPD sich meldet. Ist bereits wieder eine Woche vergangen …hier wird nicht aus Kundensicht gedacht - Empfehlung: Gebt den Shop in professionelle Hände. Ich bestelle nicht wieder in dem Laden. Habe jetzt bei Paypal reklamiert und hoffe auf eine baldige Erstattung. Nur Aufwand bisher. Nachtrag: was für ein Irrsinn. Gestern habe ich nun endlich eine Zusage zur Erstattung bekommen. Heute Morgen kam die Lieferung nach X-Wochen plötzlich an. Jetzt muss ich vermutlich auch für 14 Euro nach Frankreich senden …wenn das überall so laufen würde, wären die Innenstädte wieder voll.

I purchased a pair of shorts online. I realized it was not the shorts i wanted so i tried to cancel the order. There is no way to cancel. I reached out via email to cancel the order before it was shipped. No response. About 2 days later i recieved an email saying the order has been shipped. I contacted Volcom via email again and the told me to do a refund and ship it back but i will not be recieving the shipping and tax back. I paid $43 and i recieved back $30. This why i tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. So i paid $13 for nothing. Whats worse i think is the email i recieved on the whole thing seemed like a robot sent it. I love the shorts from volcom but i will never order from them again.

Do not buy here: my return was not fully accounted for and I have had to pay a lot of money for nothing. Customer service is absolutely terrible and although I have been ordering here for years and love the clothes - never again

I took a new pair of £160 ski pants on a week-long ski holiday in January. They ripped within the first 3 days. I complained to Volcom customer service but they said the rip was ‘likely caused by a ski blade’ and as such not covered. I went back to say that it’s quite disappointing to hear that, especially considering my previous pair of ski pants (not Volcom) lasted 15 years of ski trips without once ripping or tearing. I told them I would have thought the materials used by Volcom to manufacture ski clothing are appropriate for ski use and are therefore more durable than they have shown to be. I said I can’t believe a ‘reputable’ ski company like Volcom would use material so easily damaged in the activity it was designed for, and that the brand don’t accept customer complaints when a pair of ski pants worth £160 rip within 48 hours. I got no response. I then phoned up customer service who were not empathetic at all. They said I did not receive a response because ‘what else can we say to you?’. Terrible clothes and terrible customer service. Will never buy from them again.

Ich habe einen Hoodie reklamiert, da er nach dem Waschen eingegangen ist. Er war einfach zu eng, sodass er nicht mehr tragbar war. Größe (M). Nach über 2 Wochen nach Rücksendung die Nachricht bekommen: -------- Hallo Markus, Nachdem Ihre Reklamation geprüft wurde, müssen wir Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass der Artikel nicht defekt ist. Nach Vergleich mit einem anderen, neuwertigen Produkt der gleichen Grösse konnte kein Grössenunterschied festgestellt werden. Leider können wir Ihre Anfrage daher nicht positiv beantworten und werden Ihr Sweatshirt an Sie zurücksenden. -------------- Somit wird mir unterstellt, dass ich nicht die Wahrheit sage und der Pulli nicht eingegangen ist. Somit steht Aussage gegen Aussage! Komischerweise hab ich mir das gleiche Modell in L besorgt, das wiederum auch eingegangen ist und am Ende aber genau passt. Kundenservice unter aller Kanone! Danke für nichts.

Worst pants ever bought. Everything you put in your pockets fall out the moment you sit down. Lost too many expensive things trusting these crappy pants. DON'T BUY

È stata prima e ultima esperienza con Volcom . Esperienza negativa. Jeans che avevo ordinato è molto bello da vedere però la prima cosa che mi non piaciuta è il tessuto. Sta scritto 98,% di cotone e 2% di elastan. In realtà è più elasticizzato che dovrebbe essere. La seconda cosa: una gamba è cuscuta in modo storto. E terza cosa il jeans hanno un cattivo odore di una sostanza chimica molto forte che non è andata via completamente dopo lavaggio. Sono rimasta molto scontenta.
