The workplace here is a complete disaster. CEO is hiring useless managers who don't even have the slightest idea about the business. They don't value their employees and keep all the credits for themselves. Moreover, when things go wrong, they'll put all the blame on us and tell us to quit our jobs if we can't deliver results. But how can we? We are underpaid, undervalued and very low in morale.
