Warning this company is a scam please do not order from them. I ordered almost two months ago and did not receive order. I tried calling them but line is out of business. They charged my credit card but never sent the lenses.

Never order from this fraud sellers, They are just stealing money and dont send the order, when you contact them there is an innocent girl Cindy sitting to help customers & she don't know any thing where is your order... She will advise you to find your order in your country we have sent and we don't have any control on couriers This website should be banned for Scam!

DO NOT order from them! I ordered a pair of lenses on 3/23/20 and it is now 4/16/20 and i still have not received my order or any updates on its location! They're stealing people's money!

Please, be patient and read all the reviews before placing the order! Extremely bad experience with these guys! Ordered 3 pairs and received the one only, even after waiting 3 weeks. Have no response at all, they not answering the emails or phones. The address where the 'company' located is in the middle of nowhere. Now working on opening the claim to return my money back. I wish i read reviews before

if I could give it negative stars, I would. I ordered contacts almost 2 months ago and have gotten nothing (8-12 shipping was what it said). Every time I contact them for a refund, they take forever to reply and refuse to give me a refund until after I have gotten my package which has still yet to be seen. Finally contacted PayPal and filed a claim against the company. Since their customer service is almost nonexistent, PayPal never got a response from them and refunded the full amount to me. DO NOT ORDER. I wish I had read reviews beforehand.

I ordered 92.60 worth of contacts and paid the 30 dollar fast two day delivery on January 21st. It is now February 24th and there is no refund posted back to my account and no sign of any lenses. This company is a joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered from them and kept asking about the tracking# but nothing, no contact lenses either... I should have read all the reviews. This is definitely a scam. Their business should get shut down. **Update** I contacted my credit card company to dispute my charges, and 2 days later, I get the shipping notice. I'm not sure if I believe it but even if I get the lenses, this is the last time I order from them. You have to go thru unnecessary stress. I recommend Eyecandy.com for the guaranteed service.
