I'm a fan of Norbert. I appreciate Norbert's humor, on top of an already great set of lead prospecting tools. They have easy-to-read documentation, solid API uptime, and it's reliable and you can use it as you expect to use it. I think their billing flow can improve between changing plans (up/downgrading, seeing current plan, changing it, etc.). My team also really likes Norbert! Also their customer support is quite responsive when you have questions!
