Couldn't wait until I got my product have not used it yet looking forward to though

Well mad, easy to use. My granddaughter likes it.

My daughter is really hard to brush through and when I used the brush it went through the hair easier

I made a mistake in ordering. They quickly remedied the problem. I was very pleased with this company.

My order survived the maze of customs, etc. in good shape. In my early trials, I've been impressed with the ease of operation and how rapidly it can restore a good edge. I have written the support service to obtain whatever guidance they can provide.

Good communication on shipping. The product is great. Easy to comb out my two aussies and my border collie.

I like my kitchen knives as sharp as possible. This gives me options for different metals of blades. Much easier than using a stone.

Order as requested and expected. Fast delivery. Cute product. Play with it a bit until you realize which side the heavier part of the pen goes on.
