Defective and Non-Functional Product Delivered – My Refund Request Was Not Properly Addressed. On June 9, I purchased the product called “Electric Steaming Massage Hair Care Brush” from the website voguelegant.com. My order number is 37266M139255. The product was delivered approximately one month later. However, when I tried to use it for the first time, I noticed that the brush did not heat up at all. Although the steam function was working, the heating function, which is essential for straightening hair, was not functioning. As a result, the product does not work as intended and is essentially unusable. To document the issue, I recorded a video showing that the product was not functioning properly and sent it to customer service. I also requested that the return process be initiated. Instead of resolving the issue and arranging a refund, the company offered me only a $4 USD refund and asked me to consider the matter closed. It is unacceptable that a product I purchased for $33 USD does not work and that my refund request has not been properly addressed. Furthermore, offering such a small partial refund demonstrates that my legitimate concern as a consumer has not been taken seriously. I would like to make it publicly known that the product is defective and non-functional, my refund request has been unfairly denied or ignored, the company’s offer of a $4 USD refund is not a reasonable solution to the problem, and other consumers may also experience similar issues with this product or seller. I recieved a faulty product and they refuse to refund me in full for a returned item.

Fake tracking provided and delivery details so paypal will not refund and side with this fraudulent seller. Be aware do not buy from this seller

They shouldn’t even get one star, I ordered a dewalt light, got a Milwaukee, they refused to accept responsibility even though I showed them the invoice of dewalt . I was refused a exchange or refund

If I could leave a zero, I would. The item they sent was a pathetic cheap waste, not what they pictured online. And it took months to send from god knows where overseas, using the most nefarious shipping companies.

Bought a Dewalt light for approx US $20 plus delivery. They sent a Milwalkee version. They offered a few dollars as compensation. I finally accepted $6 as return costs were prohibitive and they weren’t paying! Finally I managed together a battery converter for $6 only to discover the voguelegant light was faulty (I found some faulty wiring) Voguelegant were not interested. DONT do business with this dodgy company.

It’s been two months since I’ve placed my order. No package, no help from customer service, no refund. This site is absolutely an Instagram/tiktok scam. Avoid at all costs!
