My girlfriend used their masks prior to Covid-19 for allergy purposes. We just bought some more to use during the pandemic, as she has been very satisfied with them, and the customer service was truly amazing.

They never have product available. Even after requesting to be notified or a date is eventually given, the page just shows sold out for everything. Either they have an amazing product or cannot make any new orders, they just have very poor communication on their site and no means to communicate directly with them.

I was waiting for the March 4 drop of limited masks. As I had 2 products in the basket to pay I was told on their site that only purchases made in US, Canada and Iceland was acceptable. Nothing that I had heard of beforehand. So I lost the 2 products I wanted. I emailed them directly on the 4th of March to report the error that occurred, no answer. I emailed a couple of days later. No answer. It's now been 1,5 month since those 2 emails and no one has got back to me yet. Very disappointed!
