Overall was really a great experience. The only problem I had was scheduling the interconnection test - some miscommunication there. However - everyone was super helpful and friendly and kept me updated on what was happening at any given time.

The Vivint crew was here on time; and went right to work on the project. They decided on the best method to run the wires from the roof to the solar meter with obvious professional skills. They completed on time; and cleaned-up the debris accorrdingly I was very satisfied with the installation.

My system isn't running yet. It was installed a couple of days ago. Waiting for the city to inspect and install a ground-rod! I talked to the "Vivint Solar Referral" Tech. Randy, J.. He was very helpful, professional and prompted. I'll let you know how the service is, once It's up and providing power.
