Ordered a supposedly plush padded coat. Lovely soft colours and looked good quality. And actually received a thin, flat, cheap- looking, nylon, zipped cardigan, admittedly soft to the touch but otherwise bearing absolutely no resemblance to the advertised product. Complete waste of £40. Shocking duplicity. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered the Christmas garage cover on 19 November 2022. IT still haven't arrived and I didn't know it was coming from Germany. Christmas is around the corner and no cover. I want a refund.

Ordered “Kinetic” toy. Tooks months to arrive and then it was total garbage. Didnt fit together and was battery powered, not kinetic at all. When trying to return, company never responded. Paypal got in touch and said company would refund money if item returned. Returning the item would cost more than the item cost. So DO NOT order from them. Very poor quality. Item didnt work.
