They are fraudsters, they don’t send what you order!

I ordered a crystal windchime back in February and when I received the item it is nothing like what they pictured. They are a big ripoff company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered multi coloured jacket on Facebook, as Christmas gift in Dec. 2022, and it was delivered yesterday, Feb. 7th, 2023. It is nothing like the pictures/description. It is awful and will be donated to Salvation Army - too difficult to return to China! Definitely fake advertising! 🇨🇦

I would have given no stars. I ordered the zero gravity car track. The car didn’t work properly. I emailed them for a replacement and they ran me around in circles Customer service is disgusting, wouldn’t take a return and offered me $7 refund on something that was close to $100 What a joke!!!!! SCAM

If only there is an option to ZERO stars. I ordered the large outdoor Nativity scene to display in my front yard during the holiday season. I received a small version of. It arrived after the holiday. And I don’t think the material would stand the Canadian weather. When I asked for return and refund, they refused. They said the order is just right. Big scam

I ordered the large outdoor Nativity scene to display in my front yard during the holiday season. I received a small version of same that is not suitable for outdoor display. This company is unscrupulous and a fraud. They do not provide the item ordered and expect the item to be shipped back to their warehouse in China before they will provide a refund knowing that the cost to ship the item will most likely exceed the refund amount and will deter the customer from taking further action.
