Thought I'd try this site as I came up on another site saying it was free! What a load of rubbish. I tried to create a gif and it says to see it I have to subscribe and pay!!! How is that FREE..... Tired of all the lying sales BS all the time

at the start I was sortaove trusting it. I made the video, and I clicked play, but it brought me to a page were I have to pay money for a plan. A lot of "free" ai video generators do this. Its also dumb, because they generated the video, but I can't watch or download it

Une grosse arnaque !!!! On vous demande 40 crédit, vous les payés et la d'un coup il faut 90 crédits pour finir la vidéo.... Je reprends des crédits et lance la vidéo et on me dit une fois que la vidéo est validée et téléchargée je pourrais modifier et faire le montage avec mes photos.... Comme je le pressentais c'est impossible !! Et le service client fait trainer pour répondre.... Je viens de brûler 30€ 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

⚠️ Attention, ne vous fiez pas à l’abonnement, surtout lorsqu’ils indiquent que vous pouvez créer jusqu’à 5 minutes de vidéo et 10 vidéos. Pour le premier abonnement, celui affiché à 2 dollars, j’ai finalement été facturé 8 €. L’offre comprend 30 crédits, et juste en dessous, il est précisé que cela permet de créer jusqu’à 10 vidéos et 5 minutes de vidéo. J’ai voulu créer une vidéo de seulement 60 secondes, et ils ont estimé qu’elle nécessitait 70 crédits ! Donc, pour moi, ils n’ont pas respecté les conditions de l’abonnement, puisque les 30 crédits ne permettent clairement pas de faire ce qui est annoncé. Aussitôt abonné, je me suis désabonné.

I am a content creator, I was creating animated video 15-20 secs everything went well follow the instruction. when the video was ready to watch before even I see output of video, it directed me to payment option. which is pathetic and I would not prefer to come back again to this platform. very unprofessional as without proving asks money, that create doubtful about this platform and looks like scam!

Prassi commerciale scorretta: impossibilità di disdetta ed addebiti automatici continuativi Desidero segnalare la mia esperienza fortemente negativa con la piattaforma Vivideo.ai (Vazo, Inc.). Nonostante l'account fosse stato impostato allo stato gratuito, il loro sistema ha continuato a inviare tentativi automatici di addebito sulla mia carta di pagamento (incluso l'ultimo tentativo di 8,07 € in data 01/09/2026 alle ore 07:31). Ho riscontrato una totale impossibilità tecnica di procedere alla disdetta autonoma del rinnovo dal pannello di controllo dell'utente (dashboard), dove l'unica opzione proposta rimanda all'acquisto di ulteriori crediti, in palese contrasto con i doveri di buona fede contrattuale e con la normativa a tutela del consumatore. Per bloccare la situazione ho dovuto inviare una diffida formale via email (dove in prima battuta mi hanno risposto in modo automatico, e in seconda email ad oggi non mi hanno piu risposto) per la revoca del mandato Stripe e la cancellazione dei dati, oltre a dover mantenere la carta priva di fondi per rifiutare gli incassi automatici. Sconsiglio vivamente questo servizio a chiunque cerchi trasparenza, chiarezza sui costi e facilità di gestione dei propri abbonamenti online.

I am disappointed that one does not have an opportunity to watch the 1st video made without payment even though the App says it is a free version. Unfortunately the advert that there is a free version is very misleading. You pay upfront from day one. It would have been nice to see a glimpse of what I will be paying for before committing to it.
