The output created for me did not match my expectations and its creation ate up my credits, and I was left with an unwanted product.

It said generate your 1st video Free. It apparently did, but you need a subscription to see it. What a bait and switch.

The company has you pay an annual subscription or you can pay weekly it’s your choice however you only get 30 credits per week and that isn’t even enough to make a single video so you have to purchase more credits which cost $10 per 50 credits and it cost about 60 credits to make a video. After each week, any unused credits gets restarted and you only have 30 credits each week so you have to make sure that you spend money in order to continue keeping your credits which is ridiculous. I definitely am going to try to get a refund because I’m not going to use an app where I have to continually spend money when I already spent $100 to have the 30 credits per week it should continually add up, not be something that restarts each week

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an AI video generator. The service is extremely expensive considering the quality you actually get. The generated videos were low quality, and the generation itself was frustrating and unreliable. I tried to generate a single 30-second video, and during the process I was asked to pay extra THREE separate times. After all that, the generation ultimately failed anyway — and then I was told I needed to pay even more credits to try again. What makes it even worse is the subscription system. Even though you have paid for credits as part of your subscription, you lose all of your remaining credits when you cancel. So credits you have already paid for simply disappear. Overall, I spent far more money than I expected for a service that didn't even deliver a usable video. The pricing feels extremely aggressive, the generation quality is poor, and the whole experience feels designed to get you to spend more money at every step. I absolutely cannot recommend this service.

Unacceptable customer service and being held hostage. I wanted to try their product and signed up for a one-week subscription. Due to a system error, I was signed up for an annual subscription instead. Naturally, I contacted them and explained the situation. At first, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that the sign-up was binding. When I objected—pointing out that it was unreasonable to be charged $102 due to an error without any possibility of a refund—they offered to refund 50% of the amount. As they put it: "Our offer of a 50% partial refund was made as a special, one-time exception to this policy to find a fair middle ground." I fail to see how it could ever be fair for me to pay even a single dollar for errors in their system. Naturally, I replied that I would not accept the offer. After a few frustrated exchanges, I was left with a choice: accept 50% or get nothing—so I accepted the 50%. After the system error, I tried to cancel the subscription. I have never experienced such a drawn-out process. Getting through the cancellation procedure required patience, willpower, and practically a degree. I cannot recommend using this product in any way.

I've never heard of this app before they tried to charge my American Express card for several different payments. Thankfully my bank declined most of them. I still have to dispute a $19 charge. Had to go through the trouble of getting a new card.

They lie you can not test or use it once for free etc.. Force you to login and take your info in the false belief you can do something.
