Difficult loan process
I applied for a loan. The process was difficult and long. Viva Finance wants Customers to jump through hoops. It was difficult to download the 2 Paystubs in pdf form they demanded. So I scanned them and sent them in. It was not approved. They sent tiny deposits to the Wrong Bank Account so I could not verify that I received them. They sent a link to verify my income through a 3rd party. The link expired before I could do so. The whole process was difficult. They ended up closing my Account. It would have been easy to call the Payroll Dept of my Company to verify that I do indeed work there and get paid every week.it was a horrible experience. Try to find another loan option and forget about dealing with them. HORRIBLE. ZERO STARS.
