I have contacted them about an order I was charged but never received. And their way of notifying me an order is processed does not give me enough time to respond. I’m thinking about canceling.

I ordered a product for $125.00. Never received it. I emailed twice with no response. No shipping notification.

I never received my order. I will be reporting to my credit card company.

I ordered 2 bottles and got charged for 6. The bank called and asked if that amount was fraud. I said I didn't order anything for $279 from Florida. So now my card is locked because you insisted on charging me a big amount and I was expecting $46.

poor customer service, i requested to cancel delivery and receive no respobse

I said to cancel the order, and it was sent anyway.

Still not received. Posted from China not the eu. Tracking number is showing its dhl but when check Tracking is china post company. Can't take the supplements even when arrive because probably fake powder inside and who knows what's in it. Don't waste your money
